Order & Confirmation
At OBUZI you can place an order easily, safely and without unpleasant surprises.
We ship all orders directly to you from our warehouse, and ensure that the process flows as optimally as possible.
When your order is confirmed in our system, you will be contacted by our customer service to inform/arrange a shipping date or pickup, depending on which delivery method you chose when you placed your order.
You should always provide a correct email address and telephone number, as we otherwise may be obliged to cancel the order if we can not reach you either by email or phone.

1) OBUZI delivers at fixed prices for European countries. For delivery outside Europe, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
2) Pick up at our warehouse.

*For countries outside the EU: Import Fee + Customs may occur.
OBS! New Rules regarding Rosewood exports to Norway: Certificates required can take up to 6 weeks.

The above delivery times and prices are only valid for items in stock. When ordering goods out of stock, delivery can stretch between 4-12 weeks.
